Jason arrived 15 minutes early and apologized, but I was thrilled that a service provider actually arrived early! He was polite, courteous, professional and well-dressed. He checked the unit outside and then went up in the attic. He was mindful of not tracking mud, grass, ect. into the house. The service call took about 30 minutes. The service actually cost less than I expected. I will definitely use this company, and I will recommend it.
