Replace air conditioner/ furnace

We had a home air conditioner/ furnace that was very dated and needed replacement. After obtaining estimates, I called for service I was able to have team come on fist date that was possible for my schedule. The team arrived and worked well, giving updates of progress during service. During installation, inadvertently a board came through the ceiling in one bedroom. The Air Tech team promised and delivered in a very timely manner reparation of this damage. I feel that all services went above and beyond what was expected and would use/ recommend for any future needs.
