Description of Work:
We were feeling unsure about the heating and cooling system in a town home we were in the process of purchasing. We hired Air Tech, who sent Steve, to come and examine everything. His assessment was key in helping us dodge a bullet, since the whole system was in need of replacement. He gave us a fair estimate of what that would cost, and when the seller did not agree to fix the situation, we terminated the contract. Whew! It would have been very bad for us if we had gone ahead with the purchase.
