More maintenance tips to keep your ac running smooth

Remember after yardwork is done, to be sure there are no restrictions at your ac condenser.
Outdoor condenser coils can also become very dirty if the outdoor environment is dusty or if there is foliage nearby. You can easily see the condenser coil and notice if dirt is collecting on its fins. You should minimize dirt and debris near the condenser unit. Dryer vents, falling leaves, and lawn mowers and leaf blowers  are all potential sources of dirt and debris. Cleaning the area around the coil, removing any debris, and being  sure to keep plants and bushes trimmed back at least 2 feet, will then allow for adequate air flow around the condenser. Having your system serviced semi-annually a by a reputable HVAC company is also a big plus. What we all want is to get most life out of our system, and Air Tech of Houston is here to guide you.
